We will only receive your verification status from the third party verification provider (for example, ‘granted’ or ‘not granted’ or such other like status) in order to issue any relevant Verification Badge on the Site. 5. Marketing

When you register on the Site you may be given the opportunity to elect (“opt-in”) to receive updates on our latest services, news and special offers, and those of our valued affiliate service providers (“Marketing Material”), via your Gracegrc.com account, personal e-mail address, post or telephone. 9.1 The information that We gather from our registered customers is used to provide the best services for the execution of their task. The details we gather such as Full name and Demographic address are to provide to the users involved in the task and its related execution.

9.2 The credit or debit card details are acquired in order to process the task and to make the payment, once the task is executed.

9.3 The bank account details along with the IBAN numbers are required in order to process the payment to the respective bank account of the provider, post-execution and completion of the task. For more information, please visit our Terms & Conditions.

9.4 The Identification details and the image are taken for the KYC  – Know Your Customer process, which is mandatory for enabling the provided bank account by the Gracegrc.com users.

9.5 The details of point 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 are the mandatory requirements of www.gracegrc.com and Stripe, where all the information is stored directly with www.stripe.com. For more details please visit  Stripe Payout.

9.6 The user details are never shared with any third party with whom we are not associated. We share the user information only with www.stripe.com, in order to have the payment processed. The payout is carried out by Stripe on our behalf.

9.7 www.gracegrc.com or GRACE CONNECT SARL, does not take any further responsibility if the user purposely provides his/her information to any other third party with whom GRACE CONNECT SARL or www.gracegrc.com is not associated. GRACE CONNECT SARL or www.gracegrc.com is not liable to make any compensation for damage to any of its users, registered users or visitors.

9.8 As of 25th of May 2018, the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will be effective. This is a new law protecting privacy which means we need your approval to save your contact details, Your provided demographic details.
